When is the event? Saturday, December 13, 2025 - 7:00 am CT RACE START
Where is the race? The race starts and finishes adjacent to 112 S. Jackson Avenue, Russellville, AL
Where do I get my packet? Early Packet Pickup for the Race will be held at The Ville Nutrition on Friday before the race (12/12) or you can pick up your race packet starting at 6:00 am race day morning.
Specific details for Early packet pickup will be announced closer to the race date.
Are t-shirts included with registration? Yes, race T-shirt design will be announced closer to race day!
Are there medals? Yes! Awards will be handed out to our 5K Division Winners.
What are the 5K Divisions? Male/Female Overall, Male/Female Masters, Boys/Girls 12 & Under
I’d like to participate. Can I just walk?
Absolutely! We always have people who want to walk, so you will not be alone!
I‘m part of a group that’s running together. Can I pick up everyone’s bib?
Yes! All you’ll need is their full name and everyone will be ready to go on Race Day!
Is there parking? This location has plenty of nearby Park and Street parking is available at no cost.
Can my dog come? Yes! Well-socialized and leashed dogs are welcome at the back of the pack.
Are strollers welcomed? Yes, strollers are welcome at the back of the pack. If you are running for a competitve time, please inform us on race day morning so we can add an offset to your start time to account for the distance to the START line.
Are bikes, hoverboards, scooters, skateboards, push bikes, unicycles or wagons allowed on course?
We’re sorry, but only runners, joggers, walkers, baby strollers/joggers, restrained pets and wheelchairs are allowed.
Does the 5k course have hills? There are some small hills in the course, but nothing challening above a 6-8% grade
Where do race proceeds go? This is an event benefiting the Local Cross Country Teams
What if I can't be there in person, can I still get involved? Yes! You can donate through our Sleepy Elf Registration Option
